To Do Something Great
This is not a HOW TO list of something, but more of what I would like to do…an idea basically. something incredible but subtle, and possibly humble all combined in a cornucopia of awesomeness. now before I begin thisĀ feasibleĀ feat, I will need some assurance, something that will motivate me to try harder, to make this “something” so overwhelmingly interesting and enjoyable that everyone I know will possibly like it or support it. this does not have to come from friends or family( although it would be nice). this is just a start for me, a reminder to actually begin and promise myself that i will do it.
You know that somewhere deep inside you’d like to do something great too, and of course you can, you just need a start and a constant reminder.
( and technically i promised myself i wouldnt use facebook for a whole week, and have kept it for four days, only 3 left to go, so i guess it is all willpower).

Shaggy the Professor
I do not know how you came to be a geoscience teacher, or how pointless your life was to ever want to study rocks. I have pity for actually thinking about how sad it must have been growing up having a pet rock as a friend. How did you go from the Mystery Machine and Scooby snacks to getting a degree as a professor and teaching geology at UCR. Forgive me or not paying attenion but it’s practically impossible with the guy behind me snoring his ass off and your monotone voice excited to talk about gas prices and nuclear power. I completely regret ever getting into this class becuse it is probably more boring than waiting for plants to grow. I wish this whole building collapsed and somehow magma from the earths core would erupt over us making us nothing but liquid carbon and that over millions of years we become fossil fuels, used for an exact stupid generation that is as wasteful as we are, at least that wouldnt be as grueling as being in this classroom.
